Sponsors participate strictly for promotional visibility and do not administer, operate, or control the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is a promotional sweepstakes.
It is not a raffle, not a lottery, not a gambling activity, and not a wagering event.
The Sweepstakes eliminates the element of consideration by providing a free method of entry, in compliance with applicable federal and New Mexico state laws.

Individuals who comply with all applicable laws

Immediate family members
Household members
Sponsors
Agencies involved in administration

Entries outside this period are void.
Participants may obtain a $500 Gift Card issued by Era Tattoo Studio LLC.
The Gift Card:
Has real monetary value
Is valid for future services
Is non-refundable
Does not expire (or per current policy)

Title transfer
Any transportation costs
All federal, state, and local taxes
Organizer may issue IRS Form 1099 if required.
Winner will be selected via random drawing during the event on August 9th.
Drawing supervised by Organizer or designated independent party.
Winner will be contacted in person or by phone or email.
Failure to respond may result in alternate winner selection.
Before receiving the prize, winner must:
Sign an Affidavit of Eligibility
Sign a Liability Release
Sign Publicity Release
Provide valid government-issued ID
Complete tax documentation (W-9 if required)
Prize vehicle is awarded “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Future maintenance
Implied warranties
Winner assumes all risks associated with vehicle ownership upon transfer.
Winner must agree to:
Release Organizer, Sponsors, affiliates, and partners from any liability
Accept prize as awarded
Assume full responsibility after transfer
Allow use of name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes
Failure to sign required documents forfeits prize.
