THE BIG WIN event will be featuring professional tattoo artists, participating vendors, brand sponsors, and the promotional showcase of the Toyota Supra associated with this sweepstakes. The event is designed as a promotional experience combining live activities, business participation, and the public display of the prize vehicle; however, attendance at the event is not required to enter or win. The official winner will be selected by random drawing following the close of the promotion period, and the selected winner will be notified using the contact information submitted at the time of entry. To be eligible, participants must be 18 years of age or older, legal residents of the United States, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and any required tax documentation prior to receiving the prize, and will be solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and ownership. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Era Tattoo Studio LLC, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary to comply with applicable laws or in the event of fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
